Casey leads Tour Championship by 2

Paul Casey made his longest putt of the week - just over 40 feet - to take a two-shot lead in the Tour Championship.  Here's how things stand at East Lake in Atlanta going into the final round of the FedExCup Playoffs (and their $10 million bonus to the final points leader):Leaderboard: Paul Casey (-12), Kevin Kisner (-10), Xander Schauffele (-10), Justin Thomas (-7), Brooks Koepka (-7), Patrick Reed (-7), Jason Day (-6), Jon Rahm (-6)What it means: The final round of the 2016-17 PGA Tour season will be hotly contested as players chase the Tour Championship and the FedExCup. Five players are within five shots of Casey's lead.Round of the day: Kisner's 64 was his best round at East Lake by three strokes. He made hay early, with a five-birdie, one-bogey 31 on the front nine, then made seven pars and two birdies - including a chip-in at No. 14 to tie for the lead - on the back.Best of the rest: Casey and Schauffele both shot 65. Casey did most of his damage early, with three birdies and an eagle between the third and seventh holes. He briefly stumbled with bogeys at the eighth and ninth, but was bogey-free on the back, with two more birdies, including his bomb of a putt at the 17th. Schauffele, meanwhile, was hot and cold on the front, with two birdies, an eagle and two bogeys, but he also settled down on the back, playing bogey-free with three birdies.Biggest disappointment: Webb Simpson held the solo lead early in the round, but he made three straight bogeys starting at No. 14, shot 72 and is seven shots off the lead.Shot of the day: Kisner's 38-yard chip-in at the 14th that temporarily tied him for the lead.Storyline going into the final round: The top five players in the FedExCup standings - Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas, Dustin Johnson, Marc Leishman and Jon Rahm - can win the cup simply by winning the Tour Championship. But only Thomas (five back) and Rahm (six back) are in the top seven of the Tour Championship standings.
